this is my new best friend! i use this pillow on my back, shoulders, and neck for an awesome deep shiatsu massage. i have had a knot in my shoulder blade on and off for over a year, and this is hitting it sooo well (i have paid for massages, had physical therapy, and worked it out with a tennis ball, but nothing works like this! i plan to give several for gifts this holiday season.
